We usually reply within one business day. Please tell us your iOS version, the Buttonizer Desktop version (in its Settings window), and what you see.

Getting started

Asking your agent for a button

Buttons are plain YAML files on your computer. Hand your agent the agent guide and ask for a button; it appears on your phone a moment later. The YAML format reference lists every field.

FAQ

My phone can’t connect. The iPhone and the computer do not need to be on the same network — the desktop keeps an encrypted channel to our relay. If the phone shows a desktop as offline, check that Buttonizer Desktop is running on that computer.

Where do my buttons live? On your computer, in ~/.buttonize/buttons. Commands run there, and their output stays in your Buttonizer apps.

How do I remove a phone? Desktop app → Settings → Paired phones → unpair. You can also limit a phone to specific folders with Access Control.

Which platforms are supported? Buttonizer Desktop runs on macOS today (Windows and Linux builds exist for internal testing), and Buttonizer for iPhone requires iOS 17 or later.
