Delete your data

Buttonizer by Chativy Inc. — Android and iOS apps, and the Buttonizer Desktop app.

Buttonizer does not create accounts. Your phone is linked to your own computer with a one-time pairing code. Data is identified by the installation ID shown in Settings → Install ID (for example du-1a2b3c…).

How to request deletion

  1. In the app: open Hosts, select the desktop and tap Unpair. This deletes the pairing credentials on the phone and asks the desktop to remove the pairing record.
  2. Push addresses: in Settings → Push Addresses, delete the addresses you no longer use. Notifications stop immediately.
  3. Uninstall the app to delete all local data on the phone (settings, run history, cached icons).
  4. Server records: email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and the Install ID shown in the app. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
